Zhumbaktas, or “Mystery Rock,” is a small granite outcrop in the middle of the lake that looks completely different from different shores: sometimes like the head of a sphinx, sometimes like the profile of a young girl. According to legend, the rock is an enchanted beauty awaiting a savior. It is the symbol of Borovoe and a must-see for all resort guests.
