Tickets can be purchased online via our website or at the ticket office near the “Astana-Baiterek” Monument. You can also buy tickets from the driver inside the bus at any other stop.
Is there a one-day ticket?
Yes, we offer 24-hour tickets.
Do you offer discounted tickets?
Yes, discounted tickets are available for children, students, retirees, large families, and individuals with Category 2 or 3 disabilities. The price for a discounted ticket is 3,000 KZT. It is essential to carry a document proving your eligibility for the discount. For individuals with Category 1 disabilities and one accompanying person, the ride is free.
